Ricky, a member of Fanwood Troop 33, has selected to design and build a “Welcome to Fanwood” sign. The donation provided by the Committee to Elect Mahr, Huegel and Boris has provided the final dollars to move forward with his project with completion slated for spring 2012.

The NJ League of Municipalities recently acknowledged the contributions of Mayor Mahr and two other Mayors who have worked over the past several months to develop affordable housing legislation representing the interests of New Jersey municipalities. League president, Mayor Chuck Chiarello of Buena Vista (2nd from left) honored Mayor Janice Mironov of East Windsor, (2nd from right) and Mayor Colleen Mahr of Fanwood (far right). Mayor Patricia Flannery of Bridgewater was also a recipient. League Senior Legislative Analyst, Michael Cerra (far left) was acknowledged for his assistance in working on this issue with the Mayors.
